Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Austin, TX)

Summit Wren Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Austin. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client sites. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
