Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Austin, TX)

Nova Fern Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Austin. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 397 people based in Austin. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
