Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Field Community Partners is a nonprofit in Atlanta supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving donor records. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
