Senior Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova Orchard Arts Center is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for exhibitions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving exhibitions. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
