Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Wichita, KS)

Stonegate Loom Auto Group Partners is a Wichita company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
