Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Lakeside Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Virginia Beach, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
