Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
