Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

Cedar Rook Community Partners is a nonprofit in Virginia Beach supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
