Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Sable Water Authority and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 705 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
