Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Quarry Environmental Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
