Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tulsa, OK)

Bluepeak Forge Telecom is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 821 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts.
