Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Iron Auto Group Partners and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 222 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
