Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Mill Freight and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
