Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tucson, AZ)

Foxglove Wilder Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
