Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tucson, AZ)

Westbrook Maple Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tucson region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving candidate screening. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
