Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Ivory Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
