Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Maple Manufacturing Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
