Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Quarry Freight is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
