Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Forge Telecom is a telecommunications provider in St. Louis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 570 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
