Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Keystone Freight is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tracking. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification.
