Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

Amberfield Clear Health runs clinics and patient services around St. Louis. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
