Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Quarry Telecom Partners is a telecommunications provider in St. Louis focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
