Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Lakeside Legal Group provides legal services in Spokane across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
