Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

Foxglove Summit Community Partners is a Spokane charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
