Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Bright Community Partners Group is a Spokane charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
