Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Cross Facilities looks after properties across the Seattle region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
