Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Nova Willow Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Seattle region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
