Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Sparrow Transit Planning Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
