Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Care Services Group and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
