Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Fernwood Umber Legal Group provides legal services in Seattle across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving document review. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
