Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Cedar Beacon Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Seattle and nearby communities. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
