Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier orders. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
