Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Bright Quarry Energy Partners is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings.
