Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge Water Authority is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for capital projects, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with capital projects. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
