Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rowan Care Services and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
