Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Bluepeak Sparrow Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Seattle with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
