Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Summit Ventures plans bus and rail service for cities around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
