Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Highbridge Corner Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
