Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Juniper Energy is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving usage data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
