Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Pike Medical designs and makes medical devices in Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
