Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Seattle, WA)

Harborlight Forge Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Seattle region, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
