Highbridge Umber Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 582 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • PMP or CAPM certification.
