Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Pike Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
