Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Amber Medical Group is a Savannah company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory submissions. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
