Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Savannah, GA)

Nova Yarrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
