Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Telecom and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
