Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Rowan Hospitality is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving guest bookings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
