Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (San Antonio, TX)

Northwind Ridge Auto Group is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for service appointments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 128 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • PMP or CAPM certification.
