Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Nova Bright Staffing and adding a Senior Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
