Senior Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (Salt Lake City, UT)

Summit River Staffing is a Salt Lake City staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Senior Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with onboarding. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
